Eric Hart 

President

Eric Hart is the founder and CEO of ScriptClaim. In this role, he oversees all pharmacy care services, including the management of pharmacy benefits, pharmacy network, formulary management, mail order pharmacy and specialty pharmacy programs. Hart previously served as founder and CEO of Atlantic Prescription Services (APS), A PBM founded in 2004 and sold to Catamaran in 2014. During that 10-year period and under Hart’s leadership APS managed prescription benefits for a number of municipalities, Unions, TPAs and self-funded employer groups. During a 25-year career in health care, Hart has a track record of leading organizations to financial and operational success. Eric earned a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska.

Ryan Hart

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan Hart joined ScriptClaim in 2018 focusing on sales and operations for the company. Ryan brings marketing, business analysis and sales expertise gained through 14 years of diverse experience. For the past five years, Hart has led the nation in technology and capital equipment sales for Henry Schein Dental. Prior to his time in dental sales, Hart worked as a men’s collegiate basketball coach at Drake University, Eastern Kentucky University and Maryville University in St.Louis.  Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Midland University and master’s degree in public administration from Drake University.

Jason Bauer

Director of Operations

In 2022, Jason Bauer joined ScriptClaim’s leadership team to support the rapid growth and development.  His innovation and educational administration background provides a solid foundation in working closely with schools, non-profits, and companies who are in search of significant cost savings specific to prescription drug options within their health plan.  With his financial acumen and analytical background, Jason previously worked for a Fortune 500 company helping employers and employees maximize their retirement plans.  He holds a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Drake University, a master’s in administration from Viterbo University, and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Iowa.
